These terms explain the basic rules for using OneVib, a music-led social connection platform.

Who can use OneVib

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use social connection services in your country. You agree to provide accurate information and use your own identity.

Your account

You are responsible for your login details and activity on your account. We may require email verification and profile completion before parts of the service are available.

What OneVib is

OneVib helps people discover and connect through music, profile details, shared moments, chat, Trivia Battle, Reality Check, and related social features. It is not an emergency service, background-check service, professional advice service, or guarantee that every interaction will be safe or successful.

Respectful use

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, spam, exploit, discriminate, or upload illegal, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or misleading content.

Photos, songs, profile, and chat content

You keep ownership of content you add, but allow OneVib to show it inside the service so people can discover you, connect with you, chat, and interact with your profile. This includes profile photos, top songs, song stories, messages, shared music links, uploaded chat images, selected GIFs or stickers, and reports. We may remove content that breaks rules or creates risk.

Music and media integrations

OneVib may use third-party services for music or video search and playback, location suggestions, GIFs, stickers, payments, and platform features, including services such as Google, YouTube, Spotify, GIPHY, Stripe, or Google Play when enabled. These services may have their own terms, privacy notices, limits, or playback rules.

Connections, friends, and messaging

We do not guarantee connections, replies, compatibility, friendships, or that every profile shown is available at all times. Friend codes are for people you choose to share them with; do not use them to spam or pressure users.

Live visibility

Member Live posts are shown only to friends and accepted connections. A new-connection update is shown only to the two people involved. Official OneVib announcements are separate platform messages and may be shown to all members or a selected audience.

Moderation and reports

We may warn, restrict, suspend, delete, or block accounts or content to protect users, enforce rules, respond to reports, or comply with legal obligations.

Reality Check

Reality Check is an entertainment and social reflection feature. It may be playful, blunt, or opinionated, but it is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice. Judges are fictional characters and can be blunt or sarcastic. If you share a verdict to Live, only the judge, the headline and the punchline are posted, to the audience you choose.

Trivia tournaments

Tournaments are scheduled OneVib events with their own rules. To apply, you agree that OneVib may record the game (the questions, your answers and score, your first name and your profile photo) and publish the recording on OneVib’s social media channels. OneVib may also watch tournament games live, without taking part or being shown to players.

Paid features

OneVib may offer paid subscriptions, boosts, visibility tools, tournaments, or unlock features. Some features depend on your plan: Live Sync and Nearby Finder require Premium+; Trivia competitions require Premium or Premium+; daily Trivia use and multiplayer room size may be limited by plan. Prices and key conditions are shown before purchase. Web purchases may use Stripe. Android app purchases must use Google Play Billing when enabled. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the provider used to buy them. Cancelling stops future renewals, but past payments are not refundable unless required by law or clearly stated during checkout.

Plan limits and rewards

OneVib may limit some Free plan features and may offer paid plans and referral rewards. Upgrading is the way to go beyond Free plan limits. Rewards can be limited, unavailable, reversed, or changed if there is abuse, technical failure, or policy risk.

Cookies, storage, and consent

Essential browser storage is used for login, language, security, and core app features. Optional analytics or performance tracking only runs after consent where required. You can change browser storage settings in your browser.

Referral rewards

Referral links may be used for invite campaigns. A signup alone does not create a payout. A reward only becomes eligible if the referred person registers through a valid referral link, starts a paid subscription, keeps it active for at least 15 days, and passes OneVib review. Separately from cash rewards, when someone registers through a valid invite link and completes their profile, both members receive 7 days of Premium; the inviting member at most 5 times in 30 days. Members with a running paid subscription or a permanent plan keep their plan instead. OneVib may withhold, cancel, or reverse rewards for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, policy violations, or suspicious activity. Referral links may expire or be disabled at any time.
