Safety and moderation on OneVib

OneVib is a social app, so safety has to be part of the product design rather than a separate afterthought.

Profile and account controls

Members can manage visibility, profile details, notification preferences, and account access from their settings. Discover hide mode and deletion controls are account choices, not cosmetic toggles.

OneVib is for adults: registration asks for a birth date, and accounts under 18 cannot finish it. Photos, reports, and account issues can be reviewed when safety rules may have been broken.

Reports, blocks, and moderation

Reports and blocks help users control contact. A report can include context so OneVib can review what happened and decide whether a warning, restriction, content removal, or account action is needed.

Moderation is not instant and cannot prevent every bad interaction, so members should also use block, privacy controls, and support when something feels wrong.

Private by default where it matters

Your top songs and genres are not shown to other members: they see only the music you share with them. City-level discovery is enough for finding people nearby without showing an exact address.

Public pages explain how OneVib works. Private member screens are meant for the member experience, not for exposing personal activity to the open web.
