Find people with the same music taste

Finding someone who loves the same songs used to take luck: the right concert, the right party, the right playlist. OneVib compares music taste for you and shows the people whose songs, artists and genres overlap with yours.

Add the songs that matter to you

Your top songs are the heart of your profile: up to ten tracks you would put on repeat, in the order that feels right. Add the genres you love too.

A short story about a song makes it more than a title. Stories are shown with the songs you share with someone, so they often become the first question.

What counts as the same taste

OneVib looks at four things: songs you both picked, songs at the same position in both lists, artists you both picked even with different songs, and genres you both like.

Songs are compared by main artist and title, so small differences do not hide a match: a featured artist, a leading "The" or "(Official Video)" in a title are ignored.

Music fit levels

Top music fit means five shared songs or three songs at the same position. Strong music fit means three shared songs, one song at the same position or two shared artists. Connection means one shared song, one shared artist or three shared genres.

The level is the same everywhere you see it: on Discover cards, profiles, likes and chats.

Getting better matches

The more songs you add, the more overlap OneVib can find. Ten songs and at least three genres give the best chance of a strong fit.

Your list stays private: other members only see the music you have in common with them.
